Was there another patch date because if there was it broke the nature’s calling event to where I can’t claim my rewards that I have worked hard to get I need help from somebody. I have restarted my console. I keep checking the Internet connection and it says that I’m connected to the PlayStation network, but I still can’t claim my rewards. It’s very frustrating to work so hard on this event and you can’t even claim your rewards I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but the Sims four is my escape from terminal cancer and I just wanna claim my rewards. Can somebody please help me? I don’t care if it’s from the EA team or who but I need help please
Same here. I’ve lost access to the gallery after restarting my game now…
I can't do anything, there is no gallery or can't claim events just keep saying need to online connection is required
