[PS] Event rewards deleted

My save data corrupted while playing sims 4 on PlayStation. While my actual file was untouched, all of my event rewards (reaper rewards, blast from the past etc.) deleted and no longer exists. When restarting all my event rewards are gone and I cannot get them back.

    I have the same issue!! I can’t even access blast from the past items

    I have also lost my event items as well; this is the second time that it has happened to me. I am also on console, even though I am on an Xbox.
