Steps to proceed:
- Place Gordian Cot from Build Mode
- Go into Live Mode
- Click "Put in Inventory"
- Player's Active Sim will play the "Lay on Bed" animation, but will trigger a "Reset Sim"
- The Cot will stay in the World, when trying to interact with this, it will give 2 options, "Add to Favorites" & "Put in World"
Note: If the Cot is sold by the Player in Build Mode, the game will throw an error once the Player tries to save
If there are 2 or more active Sims in the same household, the second+ Sim can also use the "Put in World" interaction, the (tiredly recycled) "Put in World" Interaction will play, but nothing will happen.
Workarounds: Try not to use the Gordian Cot, if you already used it, don't use the "Put in Inventory" Interaction, instead, just drag and drop it into the Inventory and vicersa in Live Mode.
If you got the Bug, DON'T sell the Gordian Cot, just leave to the Main Menu, the Cot should disappear once rejoined, if you saved while this occured, just leave to the main menu, and rejoin your Save File, the Gordian Cot should disappear once in.
If the Bug occurred, you sold the Gordian Cot, doesn't let you save, and it throws an error, you may have to leave without saving to the Main Menu, or recover a Previously Saved Game File.
Try to avoid using the Gordian Cot in places where you couldn't drag and drop it in Live Mode, like Bars, or Event Households, since it could give you a "{Sim_First_Name} doesn't own this item!"
