I just got the kit and as you can see in the photo it does not show up in build mode where the other stuff is
I have mods it is up to date and not anything that would cause this.

have you tried verifying your game through Steam yet ?
Are they also not showing up when you use the filter ? Which category are you checking ?
when I use the pack selector then it shows it's only when I go to the bathroom section in build bye where it is not showing I can find it in build mode but just not there with the rest of the same items

You mean when you click on Objects By Room - Bathroom - and then choose the towel icon (accents) ?
If you go to Objects by Function - Decoration - All they show up as expected ?
Do non-clutter items like the sink/Shower/tub/etc show up ? Is it just the clutter ?
