[SBCK] [LDSP] Wicker Upper Hamper not functional

Hello, the Wicker Upper Hamper from the Sleek Bathroom Kit is not a functional hamper even though I have Laundry Day Stuff Pack in my game too.  I don't know if it's a bug or if it has been forgott...
