When the sims use the massage chair to give a manicure, they stand off to the side and their arms are either twisted to the side or they stand across the room to do the manicure. I have no cc or mods in my game. My game is up to date with all updates. I am not sure why this is happening and it seems to be consistant each time the manicure option is chosen. It even happens with the sim employees who are giving manicures. I have attached a picture to show what happens when they are trying to give a manicure.
