The tea your sim unlocks when reaching Level 10 of the Wellness skill (Honey Ginger Detox Tea) is missing from the kettles that came with the For Rent expansion pack. I believe this counts as a bug, as it's a big oversight in cross-pack compatibility, as all the other teas are there.
