I’m seeing NPC Sims repeatedly opening and closing the Onsen locker on the Onsen lot. I’ve tried resetting the object and the NPCs, but the behaviour persists. The loop continues endlessly even after pausing, reloading, or resetting. Video attached for proof. Please investigate.

Ive experienced the same bug, and it seens this happens in other community lots with different actions. after i had that bug my sim traveled to a bar and there was a npc that repeatedly turned the tv on and off, and then they leave and come back again.
I've just found out it happened on Spa lot with the Spa Day locker as well. Same issue.
Happening to me as well. The Sims don't even change clothes they just keep opening and shutting the door. I find if I interact with those Sims it gives them a chance to break away and do something else, but this otherwise breaks whatever lot they're placed on.
Confirming that this happens with the Spa Day lockers as well. They will continue opening and closing the locker repeatedly until my Sim starts an action with the stuck Sim or locker.
Confirming I’m experiencing this issue as well. I play on PC. I saw sims doing this with the locker that comes when Spa Day on a lot I downloaded from the galley. I do have a few mods in my game including UI Cheats, MCCC, and More Icons.
