[SE] Sim constantly gets 'controlled emotions' with no related interaction

Sim constantly gets 'controlled emotions' and then their needs do not decrease. They can literally do anything and then the 'controlled emotions' comes up and even when I do a surge emotion, their needs still do not decrease.

I noticed this issue a little while ago in a couple of modded saves, and finally figured out that it was spending time around lit fireplaces that was doing it. I finally have some fireplaces in the un-modded save I've been playing, and was able to reproduce:

    1. Starting with none of the controlled emotions moodlet, played video games in a room with a lit fireplace.
    2. Took a break to make dinner. Had to repair the stove afterwards, so did that, washed dishes, cleaned up the trash pile from the repair, took out trash. Also scruberoo'd the litter box and pet the cat.
    3. Resumed playing video games near the lit fireplace until bedtime.
    4. Pet the cat again, used the toilet, lit the fireplace in the bedroom, and went to sleep.

I didn't catch the +4 moodlet at all (it wasn't there yet when she went to bed), but the +10 moodlet showed up between 4 and 4:30am Sim time (she'd gone to bed around 10pm).

I picked video games that day because I knew they wouldn't add mindfulness on their own; normally she listens to music and plays some guitar each day but not enough to even get the +4.

If it's helpful, I archived the save I did right before she went to bed that night.

This is exactly what I have noticed! I play with mods usually, but I do have times when I play without them, and my infants have been getting the buffs just by waking up in a room with a fireplace!
