My sims had the workaholic trait, but the option is greyed out for Go to Work on Off Hours. It's saying it’s too close to the regular working hours to go. However it was 3 days until next shift.

are you using any mods/cc ?
I have this issue for about a month now, I play on console so no mods. It's still a issue. Taken away the trait and put it on again but the issue is still there
(late reply because this website takes forever to load, sometimes it doesn't load at all, and i sometimes get access denied error)
