Agreed it is so annoying. I'm trying to read the notifications and it pops up. It seem s to pop up if you are anywhere near the basket or changing lots.. I know there is a sale I already have all packs games and other bits, only 4 kits I don't own as I'm not interested in them (CAS). Please give us an option to turn off the basket. I already see you have a sale with the main screen and on steam page.
