This feels like a giant experiment that has failed miserably for EA but they don't want to admit it and remove this feature. Remove the cart PLEASE!! I would be very shocked if the cart has added to their sales enough to cover the backlash of consumers complaining about it and, like other simmers have mentioned, making them sour over buying anything else.
