I'm not sure if this is just vampires or not.
The short version: My vampires don't always get credit for Love aspiration. Specifically, when it comes to how many partners they have when I'm trying to get them to have Paragon Partner, Player, etc. I can't recall offhand if Soul Mate has that requirement too or not. I have the aspiration active, and they have more than one partner / friend and they don't always get credit. One of my vampires will get the credit, but the other(s) don't for some reason. I'm not sure if it's a vampire thing or not since I normally just play with vampires (I like the sorcerers too, but i dont like that they keep aging up though "immortal"). I typically turn the NPC Vanessa into a vampire and usually it's her that doesn't get the credit though sometimes my actual created ones dont get credit but it's her that I see that issue with more often than not (and yes, I am in a fresh game since the last patch to be clear)
