Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

It's not about the size of lot and is not a user problem but something EA needs to fix on their end. The problem with lag, crash and server error is inconsistent with it's intensity regardless of size but is still present. 

It's an EA problem. They should fix it if they even care if they get buyers for the new EP and kits.

This might be good news...I just went back in game and deleted the alarm and was able to save to gallery. I don't know if this was the fix because Like I said, inconsistent. I noticed I had a little window of time when the game was not lagging. Anyway, it's worth a try.

• A video of the upload attempt, with the error appearing.  (If you're able to capture a video)

IIt won’t let me upload any video’s. I’m still having the same problems, but it did let me upload a lot to the gallery. I just can’t download anything furnished or it crashes my game and I’m stuck in the loading screen. Same with being in build mode for more than 5 minutes. That also crashes the game. I can’t place or remove anything after those 5 minutes and when I try to leave build mode or save the game, I’m also getting stuck on the loading screen… I have to open the task manager on my pc to force quit the sims…

Yes, re: server error since burglar update. This AM I tried to save my largest lot I've had for years and was never a problem to save before and got the Server Error etc. box. I'll remove the alarms, restart and try again as that worked once a few days ago.

Simmers are conditioned to jump through hoops with useless frustrating time consuming busywork every time EA breaks something. I've done all reasonable things...delete cache, repair, restart..beyond that EA needs to fix what they broke ie: the game I've spent thousands of dollars on sonce 2001 and was working just fine prior to the burglar update. No CC so it's not that. 

EA_Solaireadvised to post my same issue here.  Which won't necessarily be the same fix for me because I play on console. This forum is for PC players. Issues affecting Console players should be tracked separately to insure the fix is compatible. This is the reason that console players games are the last for fixes to work.  I play on console so the fixes that the work on  a PC will not be the same for those that play on console. Where mods and cc may be an issue there is no chance of that on a console because we unfortunately do not have access to mods. I cannot save any sized lot. I also tries re-building the data base and updating the licensing and nothing has helped. Pretty sure it started after the burglar was introduced but I am sure there were other patch "fixes" in it as well. Error I receive is "Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later."

Every time I try to save a lot to my library it gives me an error that the gallery isn't working. Now, every time I try to place a lot the game can't place it and gives me the game had trouble saving error. I took out my tray file and tried to place something from the gallery and the problem persisted. What do I have to do to play this game that I've pumped so much money in?

The burgular update that prevents saving lots to the gallery makes the game unplayable in my opinion because 90% of my time with TS4 is currently building the worlds. Adding to the problem, my sim left his house and couldn't return bc it wouldn't load. Typically I buy all content but sadly I won't buy the new EP or kits until EA fixes this. I won't be playing the game either bc unless the game is working perfectly it's not fun.
