The same is happening to me, but the pop-up I'm seeing is: "Restore old, broken appliances!" and it only seems to stop after clicking on the cart icon and closing the page that opens where all packs are listed, but once I load into another lot, into CAS or manage worlds, it starts appearing again. I'm on PC, don't use mods or cc either and have all expansions, game packs, stuff packs packs and kits. I'm wondering if this is happening due to the new feature of pack selection... 🤔
