My Sim isn't having her baby. She'll proceed with the labor animation and then she'll stop, no longer pregnant with no "name the baby" popup, and then will go about her day as if she were never pregn...

is there anything special about the Sim ? Did you get her through Cupid's Corner ?
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
Nothing special about her at all. I created her in CAS to be a legacy founder along with her husband, who was the father of the baby.
