my sim died from cardiac arrest without being enraged or angry at all (see attached files), then she was brought back to life through pleading + a death frog. I played for a bit and then went into build mode. As I tried to save it didn´t work (without any error message), so I loaded back into live mode. There I got the message that she became a ghost. I could save after that again, but I feel like all that shouldnt have happened

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- How did saving not work ? Did it just not save or did it get stuck ?
I am using mccc and ui cheats (and I did update them properly), but didn´t do anything with them then. Also I obviously cant test it because it was a one time bug. Playing on PC, Windows 10. As I said, it just didnt work, there was no saving circle appearing or anything
One time issues are always really hard to pinpoint, especially if they happen on a modded game.
There are other reports of Sims dying emotional death without reason: Sim Dying Emotional Death Randomly | EA Forums - 12395659 but I don't think there were any issues with saving and Sims not being dead afterwards.
Bit odd that she was still dead/a ghost although it didn't save. Did everything revert to the prior save point when you reloaded ?
