I'm stuck on one of my sim who has perfect moodlets , happy and I can't see anything wrong with him. But he constantly groans holding his tummy . I've tried medicine and herbs , and even took him to the loo hoping it was a poop he might need. But nothing. Please anyone have any Muchee Peachee soloution. TIA.
does your Sim have the Danger Kid formative moment ? There's a known bug with that.
indieminorbird Has the sim been abducted by aliens recently? If so, he might be pregnant.

No, His Mrs Sim had normal baby, but yes pregnant males do get the Nausea. Definitely I'll take Danger Kid trait off and see what happens.
