Sim gets bladder thought bubble with no reason

Hi. I have exactly the same issue, but with a normal sim (not a fairy). My sim has several reward traits that completely remove the need for the toilet and other basic needs. Free will is disabled, ...

I have a family of 2. One of the sims often complains that he needs to use the restroom, when his bladder is full/the need is green.
