Sim gets bladder thought bubble with no reason

Hi. I have exactly the same issue, but with a normal sim (not a fairy).
My sim has several reward traits that completely remove the need for the toilet and other basic needs. Free will is disabled, all motives are full, and there are no visible or hidden buffs related to bladder or discomfort.
However, the sim still occasionally gets the toilet thought bubble and the “holding stomach” animation, even though the bladder motive should be disabled.
I tried removing all traits, resetting the sim, deleting caches — the issue still happens.
Fully updated base game with all current packs installed. No mods in use during testing.
Any idea how to fix this on my side?

this issues looks to be related to the Danger Kit Formative Moment. Thanks to EpicOcelotMan08 for finding that.

You can remove the trait with the following cheat (you don't need testingcheats for this):

traits.remove_trait trait_Reward_Childhoodinspiration_LiveDangerously

this is happening to my sim since he became a teen as well. Complaining he needs bathroom but his needs are all full. now i dont know if he needs it or not without checking needs

I'm experiencing this too and I play on Xbox. My sim keeps complaining about needing to go to the toilet but her bladder needs is in the green.

I have a family of 2. One of the sims often complains that he needs to use the restroom, when his bladder is full/the need is green.

I'm having this issue but with JUST the bladder need. Both of my sims in the same household bladder need won't decay at all. I think I noticed this after I gave them the steel bladder reward, which says "rarely have to pay attention to their Bladder need". Both my sims should still have gradual decay of their Bladder need, but it has been permanently filled to max since I gave them both this reward.
The weird thing is, they still get the bubble over their head saying they need to go every once in a while and then proceed to go to the bathroom but then the action cancels, I'm assuming, because the need is already full.
I included a screenshot which shows her with the toilet emote, making a tummy ache motion on her belly, and her automatically lining up to go to the closest bathroom. Then as soon as she walks in, she walks out and the action cancels. You can clearly see her bladder need maxed out.
I've already reinstalled the game, and repaired it, and cleared the cache. I will test this out on a new save and my old files as well and update below here.
