Sim gets bladder thought bubble with no reason

Hi. I have exactly the same issue, but with a normal sim (not a fairy).
My sim has several reward traits that completely remove the need for the toilet and other basic needs. Free will is disabled, all motives are full, and there are no visible or hidden buffs related to bladder or discomfort.
However, the sim still occasionally gets the toilet thought bubble and the “holding stomach” animation, even though the bladder motive should be disabled.
I tried removing all traits, resetting the sim, deleting caches — the issue still happens.
Fully updated base game with all current packs installed. No mods in use during testing.
Any idea how to fix this on my side?

this issues looks to be related to the Danger Kit Formative Moment. Thanks to EpicOcelotMan08 for finding that.

You can remove the trait with the following cheat (you don't need testingcheats for this):

traits.remove_trait trait_Reward_Childhoodinspiration_LiveDangerously

I also experienced that bug after giving my vampire Sim the “Danger Kid” trait. After using a cheat to remove “Danger Kid,” the issue hasn't occurred again. At least not yet...

My sims (across all my saved games) are now randomly rubbing their stomachs and waving their hands above their heads while calling out for a toilet. This interrupts all ongoing conversations and/or activities, stopping them completely. Once the handwaving and "calling out" is over, my sims will just stand there idle unless there is a public use bathroom nearby. When that happens, the action "get in line" appears and the sim dashes off but nothing happens when arriving at the restroom.
Issue appeared after the release and download of the Adventure Awaits Expansion. Prior to the new xpac, I had never encountered this issue. I though perhaps it was just the new game I made and deleted it. I cleared my caches, repaired my game etc. But even my pre-existing saves are doing it now. Any new game I create has this "bug".
I have never used Mods and only have 1 CC for a jewelry installed, which I have has for nearly as long as my account.
UPDATE: I logged into each of my saved games and removed the "Danger Kid" Formative Trait from each sim, and I have not had a single "stomach" issue for the last four days of playing. Thank you to EpicOcelotMan08 for posting about it.

Thank you so much for solving this, I was at the end of my patience. This was happening on my vampire constantly and it turns out to be a freaking formative moment trait.
