unfortunately, resetting is very common and a general thread about them is makes it hard to track the causes.

Do you get any lastException files in your documents folder for any of the resets you're getting ?

I have 5 lastException files in my folder (not including lastUIException or lastCrash).
How do I know if those are related to the resetting ? (I mean I found the word "reset" in two of them if that is what I am looking for ?)
Sims often reset if they run into an error. It's like the visual for the error happening in the back hence a thread on resetting isn't that useful.
Could you upload your LastExceptions to google or onedrive and post the link here (make sure it's set to public)
