Sim stuck reacting to becoming a ghost

shift+left click on a sim / Cheat Sim Info / Remove Moodlet. Then find sad moodlets for ghosts and remove them (like "unexpectedly becoming a ghost"), this worked for me.

I’ve tried everything, she died of old age when I aged her up to have access to the time capsule box so I could make a legacy museum she died instantly, she then turns into a ghost, she starts reacting to becoming a ghost non stop cancelling all other things I tell her to do I finally turn her back to human with the wishing well.  But it’s still happening I’ve reset her moved her out moved her back in again, Ive done everything short of just going back to my last save mainly because I don’t know how to do that. I’ve downloaded MCCCC killed her 5 times but she never dies as grim is reaping her she just comes back no one’s begged him or anything I’ve locked her in the bathroom to do it. I don’t know how to fix this. I’m starting to go insane. 

Finally figured it out I hard reset her though MCCCC and she finally died and then I just revived her. 

My sim is now stuck in reacting as well. He was a vampire that got stuck in a neighbourhood lot due to the fire. He returned late and died as he was exposed too long to the sun.

Now he keeps reacting to becoming a ghost preventing from having any interaction. I don't use any mods (not even furniture), just a clean game with some DLCs.

It happened to my vampire sim who died from sun exposure too-

A Chased by Death sim died by electrocution while repairing a dryer. After Grim reaped her, she wandered off the map with the React to Becoming a Ghost task. After saving and reloading, she was back in the room where she died, but would continually interrupt any task set her to React to Becoming a Ghost. No exception was thrown.

I even switched to another sims household and asked my ghost sim to leave only to have her keep going back and fourth wanting to say goodbye and leaving. 

My sim accidentally died, so I added Morgan Embyr to the household and made him perform the Dedeathify spell on my sim. She's back alive now but will not stop reacting to becoming a ghost. I cannot make her do anything, every two seconds she starts the reaction again. What do I do??
