This was a mentioned fix for the May 2026 patch, but it seems to still be happening.
I'm playing in a brand-new Vanilla save and my sim has started to date Paolo. Every time I send her to bed she wakes up shortly after to think about him. I happens continually which causes her energy to never get full.

I'm experiencing the same bug; my Sim keeps waking up after only a few Sim minutes, and her energy never regenerates. Whether it's the "sleep" or "nap" action, it doesn't complete; the Sim wakes up before it finishes. This is a vanilla game, no custom content, no mods.

"Lovebug" sims seem to have it the worst lol
YES!! my sim is also a Lovebug.
Try getting her to change to "Romantically Reserved" and see if it stops happening. Then we will know if it's just the Lovebug trait that's bugged out.
(I think it might be, I don't think it's happened to most of my sims, only lovebug ones, iirc.)
