I been experiencing a bug for a while where on pc I play on sims 3 camera and it will randomly go up in random lots as of right of now the goth household does this and building on lots in the game

Could you please provide the following information
- Does it not happen with Sims 4 camera ?
- Can you please list all the lots you see this on. Camera drift is something that needs to be fixed per lot.
- Are you playing the original houses or build your own ?
