[W] Werewolves can't interact with objects

I purchased and installed TS4 Werewolves, but the pack isn't working. When I made my sim a werewolf, they couldn't interact with the stuff in their house (TV, fridge, toilet, or bed). When I played them as a human, they could interact with these things, but not with the werewolves, which showed up as a red and white person. Werewolf Pack content, like clothes, also show up like that. If I play this sim as a werewolf and go into Buy/Build Mode, then exit it, the game basically stops working and I have to shut down the computer. This doesn't happen if my sim is a human. I don't have any mods, just vanilla and Werewolves. What's going on and how can I fix it? I'm playing on a Mac laptop. Monterey, Version 12.7.6

    are you still having issues with this ?
