Same here. My sim aged from toddler to child. First there was a stuck moodlet on him from toddlerhood. I traveled to another lot and the boy's picture in the lower left corner was back to him being a toddler, the sim was stretched in Lovecraftian shapes, and I think his animations were those of toddlers'. It got fixed after saving and reloading.
