Death sad moodlet not going away/No known Sim died

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Do they have a sad moodlet because someone died or is it something else ?

I am not using any mods. They have a sad moodlet for no reason whatsoever; no one they know has died.

Is it a death sad moodlet or something else ? Could you post a picture of the moodlet ?

Yes, it is a death sad moodlet.

Does the moodlet have any timer ? Is that not counting down or does it just refresh ?

The moodlet has a timer of two days. When they use their phone to call grief counseling the moodlet will count down, but only to approximately 24 hours, then it resets back to 2 days. If they don’t call grief counseling the moodlet will not count down at al.
