Sims appearance issue after changing in CAS

before I merged this: Is this happening with all Sims or Sims you get through the gallery/Cupid's corner ?

It's all sims. Just happened with my sim who was born and aged up in my household.

Does this affect all the outfits or just certain categories ?

It's all outfits. What reverts back is the hair style and make up. It has happened with a few of my sims. Once the clothes changed, but it was just that one time. 

I tested this and can't duplicate it in my game.

Which option did you choose to change the Sim or does that also not matter ?

• Going to CAS through Household Manager
• Use Plan Outfit on the Mirror/Dresser
• Use Cheat
• Use Change Sim on the Outfit/Dresser

I typically select the sim and choose Modify in CAS. It's happened to sims I changed with cas.fulleditmode on and off.  

Could you test if you have the same issue if you don't use the cheat and for example take them to CAS through the household manager ?
