Sims are resetting at bars

I can often observe this , when a group of sims (also with np-sims) sit at a bar or together on seatings and talk to eachother , then suddenly all "breaks" > T-pose . Sometimes i get the impression that, if only one Sim of the talking-group starts something new the connection falls appart.

It always happens to me when I'm in a bar with other people and interact with the bar or other Sims... I don't have any 'LastException' log files for these errors at the moment, but if one does appear, I'll upload it. Or if there's another file that you'd find important, lmk.
