My sims can't heckle microphone performances. Every time I select the "Heckle" interaction while a Sim is telling jokes on the microphone, for example, the game generates the following Last Exception...

Thanks for checking. Explains why heckle didn't get me any results. Though there was one for heckle as well.
OP never really came back or tested without mods
