Sims Constantly Throwing Up (No ailment/Pregnancy)

Hi all. Ever since I downloaded Enchanted By Nature and did the pre-expansion update and the hot fix update, my sims have been continuously throwing up. No mods/CC. Sims are not pregnant, no ailments...

    It didn’t help, unfortunately. My male Sim keeps throwing up for no reason at all.

    I’ve played a few times since the patch, I haven’t noticed them throwing up anymore.
