I can't beleave this is still not fixed. I was about to white a new report because I thought no one had officially reported yet! This is one of the bugs that annoys me the most. I had to completely stop playing with goofballs and the mischief skill because it was just making my sims embarrassed all the time. I am using a mod that fixes it now and it made realize how I fun the mischief skill can be and how I missed it :(
