I have been playing in a household with more than one sim and when one is at school or work I will travel away with another sim and when I come back my sim is on the lot when it says they are still at school/work

My Sim just stand at edge of lot when at work or school ( happens on my modded and unmodded games ) In Evergreen Harbor and Willow creek
Also having this same issue. Went looking for a fix. Guess there isnt one yet.
I'm having the same issue. One time the Sim just stood there, and one time she returned to the house and started interacting with other Sims, but it said she was at work.
I've got this too, and also sometimes when I open a family lot not all the sims who were somewhere else return as they usually do. I have to bring them back.
I think this is what's happening to my acting sim. They "go to their audition" and I see the action timer on the bottom left of the screen, as with all rabbit hole activities, but when it's over, the audition doesn't show as completed. I've restarted that game several times but never checked to see where my sim was.
My Sim doesn’t disappear when going to work; however, the UI shows that they are at work. I can’t access the inventory during the work period, but the Sim remains outside and fully controllable. Some options are disabled, such as clicking on needs, because the game registers them as being at work. My save had no bugs before installing the Businesses & Hobbies expansion.
