Sims don't face each other in conversation when one sits at a chair/table

I notice this happening most frequently when one sim sits in a chair at a table. Two sims will be talking (face to face or standing at least next to each other) and one sims then goes to sit down at a table, while still talking to the other sim,  with the result they are now talking to a sim behind them. Why sit down? You were doing fine talking to them and now you are talking to them behind you. This is very immersion breaking as no one would ever do this. This is a super annoying issue. Sims should not sit down while having conversations if they can't do it in a way that is believable. Just keep standing !
