Sims endlessly repairing breakable objects (Patch 1.119.109)

I would have added this to the other thread about breakable objects being unrepairable but that one was just recently closed as "fixed". Broken objects, Rub-a-dub tub and the midrange PC, cannot be...

Sims can not finish repairing breakable items. Progress bar stuck at 100%. 

Items Affected:

  • PenguinVision Children's Television Set
  • How Low Can You Go Deskblock Computer
