I am playing with no mods (console). I've also noticed this issue in the last month. The number of romantic interactions is insane. I don't want to play with couples anymore. Basically if you don't have the attraction set to no one, they will flirt. Whether they are relationships or not. Sims are not in a flirty mood and excessively flirt. Nothing seems to ever get rejected either, so every friend of the Sim has a romance bar. It's impossible to have platonic relationships in the game which is NOT good. Please make this stop.
