I have the same problem!
I have a sim who got the romantic trait for doing several romantic interactions with his girlfriend and then (as I noticed) started flirting with other sims even in front of her partner. I had to take out that trait with cheats (because you can't do it with the potion) and I think it got better but he still flirt if I leave him alone. But this doesn't end here His partner (who is Venessa Jeong) flirts with other people too or get flirted by others and she accept the flirt (she rejects, too, but it happened once). Even Arun Bheeda (who is married) flirts with her. I'm tired of this cheating situation.
And the other thing that happened was Venessa being mean without reason. She is talking normally with her partner and then I saw the bar a little low. Most of the times I can't see what interaction she did because it took me by surprise, but this is an issue for other topic, I think.
