On console, so no mods/cc/bb.
My sims will autonomously flirt with everyone, friends, strangers, service sims and so on. Wherever I go they will do flirty interactions no matter if they are attracted to that gender or person, this started in my new save after the update. I haven't played in any of my old saves yet so I don't know if this affects them as well.
