Oh, and to add on to what I already mentioned -- even Sims who I make dislike/hate each other will STILL flirt with each other.
If romantic preferences, compatibility, current relationship status don't matter - the entire coding around the relationship system is broken. Giving Sims preferences on what kind of Sims they like (whether that be gender or personality types) doesn't work and therefore doesn't even matter. It honestly makes me so angry because this is a core part of the game and it's completely broken.
