Bumping cause this whole flirting makes the loyal trait unusable. It's not as if they're actually cheating if another sim flirts with them. I am having a flirty Guidry in my lot all the time and he's constantly wrecking my sim's relationship cause he flirts with her, she gets the moodlet, she has to confess, and it's a pile of mess constantly.
