Sims forget already existing relationships

I like to play multiple sims households. I also like to use clubs to make friends. However, every time I switch households my relationship with the Sims in said club disappear. All my progress lost. I don't know if anyone else experiences this but it is frustrating when I want my Sims to have multiple friends.

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

this just happened to me too with my sims boyfriend. it only took like 4 in game days for both bars of the relationship to be COMPLETELY empty and the only interactions i have is introductions. i keep getting google results saying "relationships decay over time" and it was driving me insane lmao im glad im not alone at least.

Have the exakt problem now!! Yesterday when I played his lover forgot him the next day the met.

• All major packs except Adventure Awaits and all but some kits

I am playing mainly with one sim, Nicole, and she has the "beloved" trait. I have played briefly with her sister's household and her boyfriend. I'm not yet sure if this is relevant, but since an earlier (now closed) bug report mentioned rotational play causing issues, I thought it might be.

The problem is that no matter how close Nicole is with anyone, if she doesn't talk to them very often, like weekly at a minimum, she has to reintroduce herself. She lives in a residential rental owned by Panya, and even with how often he drops by, they still are always strangers. She does not have the "close knit" nor the "people person" lifestyles. Nothing else in her simology panel indicates an issue with relationships.

I don't recall this being as much of an issue until recently, but this is the first save I've played in a while with no mods.

Is anyone else having this problem?

All of my households are forgetting every Sim they know every time I load into a household. I have them meet and befriend new Sims, rotate to a different household, do the same thing, come back and the same thing has happened, they only know the household. It doesn't matter how high the friendship bar is, they all disappear. It's making my legacy save completely unplayable. This has been happening since the November update. I don't have cc, the only mod I have installed is mc command, which is up to date and working and the disappearing Sims still happen when mccc is removed. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice?

Having this issue too. I'm a rotational player with many households. So I haven't played this one household in a few days, when I looked at the relationship panels almost every relationship bar is EMPTY, even with his own brother.  He's also befriended a lot of his co-workers + ppl outside work and those are apparently forgotten too, like completely gone from his contacts. 

Now before you say, get rid of mods repair game etc, I did. I don't think it affects this issue because the lost relationship + contacts can't be regained after it has already happened. Other households does not suffer this issue.

Some minimal troubleshooting I did are:

• Brother got married and moved out of this household into his partner's house.
• Is it possible that this Sim got affected by a memory wipe power of an alien? I've never played aliens before so I don't exactly know how their memory wipe power works.

It's not the end of the world as I can cheat all these relationships back but it'll be such a monumental work because this Sim has a lot of friends :|
