Sims Freezing, manage worlds not loading.

Since the completing the quests for week 2 of Reaper's Rewards, my Sims will not move (attempted to reset objects) and the time jumps 2 hours (back and forth) when switching the game speed. When leaving live mode and entering manage worlds, the game gets stuck on the loading screen and I have to manually force my computer to shut down to get it off my screen. I repaired the game files and had the same issue. What can I do to fix this and is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have no CC or mods installed, so that is not an issue.
