batsandbabydolls FYI I did find a workaround for this, if you select the infant and "Bring Here", they'll show up on the lot, and then you can "Send Home" as a self-interaction. When you send them home this way, they'll Care for Self.
This workaround doesn't work for active careers, unfortunately. You can't bring other sims to the career lot.
