Sims keep autonomously using the rocket ship

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

I have all mods and cc disabled and have had them off since before the update. And I  play on the pc. 

me too - household members that launch autonomously do not get the usual text adventures, and it doesn't add to the count in the Nerd Brain aspiration. My household members never wear space helmets either, and BTW some of them shower with hats on. I should track down Summer Holiday and see if she still wears a space helmet to work. Hah hah that funny bug never gets old...

I had no mods installed and had a space ship on my lot. Every time I had a visitor they traveled to space--even teens. PC player. 

I play on Windows 11 PC and have never used mods or CC. I have had this issue in two different saves under two different circumstances. In the first save, which I started about a month ago, I had a one-person sim family with a fully upgraded rocket. She opened a small business (painting and classes, no rocket science included), and people visiting her business would occasionally take the rocket while the business was open. I figured it was some weird glitch for residential/non-residential settings but I didn't worry about it because they brought it back and they weren't controllable Sims. No one ever took the rocket outside of business hours. I ended up deleting that save because I didn't want to do the not so veggie challenge anymore. 

The second instance happened after the royalty and legacy pack was released. This time, I had a two-person Sim family with a fully upgraded rocket and a totally strange sim they had never met before came and took the rocket. It was Thiago Abrantes from the pack. I was like who is taking my rocket, because it was the middle of the night, and it turned out to be him. There is no small business on the lot, so I can't attribute the weirdness to the business this time. There has never been a small business on the lot. This was a fairly new save at the time of the rocket theft. The rocket was gone for about three game hours, and then he came back and left the lot immediately. He came back about two sim weeks later in the daytime and started heading for the rocket, so I went to build mode and put the rocket in my family inventory so he couldn't get it. Instead of leaving my lot, he stood still for about 30 sim minutes and then he went to use the telescope for some time. He never approached the front door at any time. I was busy with my Sims, so I don't know how long he did that for. I was disappointed that a meteor didn't fall on him.

I've never had this kind of thing happen before with a completely strange sim that I hadn't welcome to the lot. But the family doesn't know him at all, and there is no small business to explain it, and it's not a rental or anything like that. It's in Willow Creek neighborhood and their family isn't even in power, so I just don't know what is causing the glitch. I don't have outside garbages on my lot anymore because of the random Sims kicking them over thing, so I was kind of thinking maybe this is a new manifestation of that.
