Sims keep stopping/cancelling out their actions to do other things

My Sims will no longer perform actions unless I either instruct them to do so multiple times or keep the selected Sim selected until the action is completed since the update released on June 1, 2025 ...

Sometimes this helps but if you have City Living installed, I usually queue up the "practice singing" task if they are doing something that I want them to not interrupt (ie: cooking or writing, repairing an object). It could just be a coincidence but they seem to stay on task more.
