My Sims will no longer perform actions unless I either instruct them to do so multiple times or keep the selected Sim selected until the action is completed since the update released on June 1, 2025 ...

this has been happening more and more to me since the last pack. The worst is when my sims hygiene level are at red, but they will only go into the shower for a short moment before getting out to do something else, leaving their needs still in the red.
