I’m still having issues with sims canceling/stopping actions & doing completely different things! They are even just standing in one spot for a long **bleep** time and my requested action shows that I selected it but it never “drops down” to perform action. My sims are holding their kittens/puppies oddly, like arms straight down by sides and this kitten/puppy sitting vertically on the sims hand. I’ve repaired and repaired and I’ve done the updates. This is getting really annoying!!!!

Same breezylynn39 I just exited the game. I click an action, they freeze and the action stays at the top. I wait. Sometimes it disappears immediately. Selective Lag. Because the sim can bolt to do an autonomous action - wash hands, inspect the garden - whoosh, they are on it.
Sims went on a date at a club. After dancing I told them to sit and chat. That lasted 3 seconds. I constantly hit Pause to queue actions to complete the date list. Even then I can't trust that they will complete the queued actions. Next date I will put them in a room and remove the door.
I will repair later. Don't know what else to do. I'll keep reporting here every time a bug is serious enough to impact gameplay and hope it helps.
