Sims leave job/school after another sim travels

same problem here !!!

I play the Sims 4 on the ps4 and I just have the base game, no mods or CC or anything. 

The kids go to school and their mother goes to her work. However the dad works late so he goes to the gym or visits another house and when the screen loads everyone has returned from school/work and they are at home 

This is happening to me too, just yesterday. I haven't updated my game yet. I do have mods so i am trying to figure out if that is causing it. 

I haven't updated yet and it's happening to me too. It just started yesterday for me in my game. I play with mods, so trying to troubleshoot there, but if I see others with the same issue without mods, it makes me wonder if it's the game itself.

I've had the same issue start happening since the update. I'm trying not to travel when Sims are at work or school, but it stops other things from progressing. I'm playing a save on short life span currently and it is making it difficult.

I am having this issue as well. All sim kids and sim adults in the household have "poor performance" because of it. Hoping this gets fixed soon. 

Since the last update my sims always return from work automatically if I travel with another sims of the same  household. This is seriously frustrating since it forces me to stay at home all day if I want my sim to get a promotion or get some money to renovate my house.

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? No
• At which point does your game crash to the desktop ? It doesn't
• Are you playing any active work days/high school ? Yes, one sim is in an active career (reaper), one is not (no school aged sims in household)
• Does it affect all age groups ? The household only has two YA sims
• Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ? Yes, a whole bunch (deleted them, restarted game, got this leaving work error again, so I then saved most recent file, should I PM it to you crinrict​  ?)

This issue of my sim being forced leaving work when the other travels to any other lot (their regular or active career, a park, doesn't matter), began for me with the most recent patch 

I have tried repairing the game, clearing the cache, moved my sims out an back into their home, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game with a fresh tester family, but the issue remains
