is your Sim your trying to convert already another occult ?
No. The sims im trying to change into plantsims are regular sims with no occult status.
I played again and tried to reset everything again and now its working on other sims but it won't work on the original sim I wanted to turn into a plant sim. Then when I tried to cheat him into a plant sim the game turned a random sim in my household into a plant sim instead of the sim I was selecting. Now for some reason this sim just won't change into a plant sim at all. Its like the game is not selecting this sim for the change process but rather its selecting other sims that aren't even eating the forbidden fruit
There seems to be a deeper issue here. It must have to do with the sim selection bug. There is a different bug that causes other sims to do the actions of the sim you selected while the selected sim doesnt do the action at all. Its like this bug is happening with the plantsim transformation. Im not sure though.

Done. The households name is "Bugged Plantsim" the sim's name is Izaiah Montague
I uploaded him to the gallery, deleted him from my game, and tried download him from the internet to see if that would reset the sim somehow. It didn't work. But if you'd like to download the sim and take a look to see if you can replicate the bug yourself, he is posted on my gallery with the title "bugged plantsim"
